Guess what? Allysha Bergado is only 12 and she skates! and plus, she has alot of sponsor including her mum and dad. how great! how i wish i was her. hail~

i feel like a stick now, really. i had another unarm combat training. firstly, i cannot turn my head including my neck to my right and the back. secondly, i cannot lift up my arms(even my mum help me take off my shirt). thirdly, my muscles are killing me!!! help!!! its really hard for me to laugh too. my WHOLE body is aching.

there is no school on monday but still i have training till 12. tuesday is npcc day. woah, i have to wear FULL NPCC UNIFORM FROM 7AM TILL 2 PM! omggggggggggg. but still, its npcc day what. my cca and im proud of it. HAHA.
